After dedicating an unwavering eight-year tenure as a medicine counter assistant, Ms. Esenam decided to embark on a profound journey to fulfil her lifelong aspiration: carrying forward her grandmother's culinary legacy. Her grandmother, a revered local culinary expert with over four decades of culinary mastery, had sowed the seeds of inspiration that would ultimately blossom into Flame ON. 

The humble beginnings of Flame ON, previously known as Craves Kitchen sprouted within the warm embrace of Ms. Esenam's mother's kitchen. Over time, it has flourished into a culinary haven, employing nearly ten dedicated individuals who share her passion and commitment to the art of gastronomy. 

Throughout this remarkable journey, Flame ON has etched a name for itself in the annals of culinary excellence.
